I wanted to stop by and say hello. Mr. Steven and I have been thinking of you all and hope that you are doing well! Remember to live out our one rule at !MPACT while you are at home: “You can do anything as long as it does not cause a problem for yourself or others.” Hope you are keeping out of trouble, cleaning up after yourselves and keeping your brains occupied! (Pleeeeeaaase, not too many video games, I’m serious!) Also, keep washing your hands: in the sink... with soap... for 20 seconds (just like we talk about before all of our cooking activities, but now do it frequently)!
As some of you may know, the BASC program has been providing childcare for medical professionals, grocery store workers, law enforcement, first responders, etc., in our community and I have been helping out there with other members of our management team. While I feel very lucky to be able to provide a service to members of our community during this time, I miss our !MPACT community terribly. Mr. Steven and I are brainstorming about ways for us to stay connected to you over the next few weeks, and hope we can come up with something. For now we are going to blog as frequently as we can, so make sure to keep checking in!
If you have any ideas, suggestions for how we can keep in touch these next few weeks or just want to say hello please email us! Mr. Steven: KurtzS@issaquah.wednet.edu and Ms. Jacki: firstname.lastname@example.org
We look forward to seeing you VERY soon!
