Fees will not be prorated for absences due to illness or vacations. All schedule changes must be requested by the 20th of the month to be effective on the first day of the following month. For example, schedule changes submitted by September 20th will go into effect on October 1. No change of schedule requests will be processed after April 30 for that current school year.
