Guess what? We decided to hold another pancake surprise as last week Oreo pancakes were such a big hit! In celebration of upcoming St. Patrick’s Day, we made Lucky Charm pancakes while watching traditional Irish dance. They were excited to help create an odd green mixture from scratch (compared to last week shake it up pancakes). Let me say, it ended up being a huge mess, but it turned out great! The kids learned about traditional Irish dance through watching Lord of the Dance and listening to Celtic music.
The kids said that this recipe was an automatic remake… so I guess that we will make them again next year!
Here is the recipe for our delicious pancakes
1 Cup Flour
3 Tablespoons Sugar
2 ¼ Teaspoons Baking Powder
¼ Teaspoon Salt
2 ½ Tablespoons Oil
¾ Cup Water
2 Tablespoons More Water (to replace the eggs)
1 Cup of Lucky Charms Marshmallows (which we had the kids separate!)
