We started planning for this dynamic night in early May. Each grade group had their own store and items to create. Kindergartners made banks and stuffies and called their store the "Sparkle Store". First graders made flower bouquets and called their store "Flower Power". Second graders made jewelry and called their store "Diamonds in the Sky". Third graders made desserts and called their store "Third Grade-Home-made". Fourth graders sold drinks at "Coyote's Local Quench". Fifth graders ran a restaurant catered by Panera called "Bread-Heads".
Each grade came together at least twice in May and made their items, created their signs and set their prices. On the night of the event, families had to play several fun games to earn coins to "Buy" their items and dinner. Kids ran all the stores and we sold out of almost everything by the time the night was over. It was really incredible to watch our kids come together to put on this amazing event. I am so proud of what the Coyote Clubbers are capable of!
I can't wait to see what we have in store for June!
