We had an egg-tastic first week back at Impact. We kicked our week off with an egg drop competition! Students broke out into teams and built structures to hold an egg. We dropped the structures off the stairs at the bus loop to see if the eggs would crack or remain whole. Check out our video below of one team's attempt!

We also learned that when you squeeze an egg with your hand it will not break! The kids thought I was playing a prank on them, but it is true! The top and bottom of the egg shell are the strongest parts, so when pressure is applied evenly, it is distributed among the egg and won't break!
