Halloween has come and gone, but that doesn't mean all the decorations need to go away! To start this transition, last Friday we made stuffed bandana pumpkins. Plus it was Bandana Day! The perfect way to celebrate. These pumpkins were just spooky enough to make adorable Halloween decorations, but cozy enough to keep up as Thanksgiving décor. Not only did we get to make something awesome, we all got to practice threading needles, tying knots, and stitching!
It was great to see the wide variety of sewing skills our students came to the project with and it was even more fun to not be learning on our own, but to have Mr. Daniel there learning right alongside us.
Happy November everyone!
PS: We haven't seen much of the chicken lately. It was last seen hanging out on my computer. If you see this chicken, please contact the appropriate authorities.
