As the School year continues its march towards summer break long time blogateers may have noticed I have been asleep at the wheel of the good ship pin-lake-blog. This post aims to fix that, at least temporarily.

This is Stephen, he has whipped cream all over his face. You may be asking yourself, why does he have that? Why does he have that on his face? The answer is a board game called pie face. It is a game of competitive button mashing that the children are quite skilled at. Do not challenge them to pie face, you will lose.

The morning crew likes to scare me by leaving Mr. Minty around the portable in realistic positions.

This is a video of two of our students playing a game called Nidhogg. One of them appears to be in a great deal of distress. I can assure you that when i talked to him about it after he said he was having the most fun ever.

Last Friday all of the Impacts went down to Factoria and watched the new Avengers movie. We at Pine Lake thought it would be a good idea to bring our own Infinity stones.

For the democracy fans out there this month we've been running a bracket to decide what the best Disney movie is. Each day two titles go up on the board and we all vote which is the best one. there has been voter suppresion, gerrymandering, and vote buying as well as straight up election fraud. how very patriotic, I hope lion king loses.
