The Challenge: Blind Building.
The task the kids were set with was to build a structure as a team. However, one member of the team would be blindfolded and have to build the construction by following the directions of their team members. It is a very difficult task that requires a high level of communication and dexterity, as well as trust in your teammates.
For this activity I built a structure that the team would have to replicate. The blindfolded team member was not allowed to see the object. They would then have however much time they needed to accomplish the task. Once they completed it, they were given prize wall tickets as a reward, and then another structure to build. It was very fun to watch and great to see how well the kids worked together.
