We are changing things up a bit. Students now have dividers creating a cubical space. Our goal is to help keep out some of the distractions that we have found happening throughout the day.
Mr. Rakim and James take some time off the screen to read. Nothing better than "Hardy Boys & Dog Man!"
This is how we successfully completed a full work week of remote learning. Miss. Lisa, Mr. Rakim, Mr. Malik, Ms. Aspen, Ms. Maddy and Ms. Misuk are exhausted but are so proud of the how these kids have navigated through these crazy times.
Hey there! Welcome to a new year at Rocket Club! As you may have noticed, things are looking a little different this time around. With our district adopting remote learning, we are restructuring to provide our Rocket Club students and families with a safe learning space to continue their education in a familiar environment, following health and safety precautions and guidelines.
The kids spend their school day in class, meeting virtually with their teachers and peers. After school, the kids "return" to Rocket Club for all the fun and excitement we are known for. To help break up the long days in the classrooms, we provide plenty of activities and games for the kids to choose from. We are committed to providing the best experience possible in a time full of change. Make sure to check in often to see what Rocket Club is up to!
