ROCKET CLUB DAILY SCHEDULE

Schedule is subject to change based on the day's events or activities.

TYPICAL MORNING SCHEDULE

6:30 Open, free play

7:00 Morning table activity, gym and outside open 

8:45 Everyone to Snack in the MPR*

9:05 Trivia, Fun Facts, etc.

9:15 Dismissal to lines

*If you drop your child off and we are not in the room, sign in and walk your child with their belongings to the MPR.

TYPICAL AFTERNOON SCHEDULE

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

3:35 Check in at the Portables, put your things away & make a choice!
Choices: Homework Club, Snack, Main Portable, Outside/Gym.

4:00 Group Time

4:15-5:15 Highlighted activity choices (from Activity Calendar)
         
5:15 Wrap up highlighted activities--gym, both sides of portable open

6:00 All kids in Main Room, little playground and Game Room until pick up

7:00 Closed for the evening

*If you pick your child up between 3:00 and 3:30 and nobody is in the room, come down to the MPR to pick up your child. The MPR is located in the center of the school, and could also be referred to as the “Lunch Room”.

Wednesday Afternoon

1:25-2:30 Check in at the Portables, put things away & make a choice!
Choices: Homework Club, Main Portable, Outside/Gym

2:30 Group Time

2:45Highlighted activity choices, Outside/Gym, Main Room, Game Room

3:30 Snack

3:30-4:30  2nd Highlighted activity choices, Outside/Gym, Main Room, Game Room

4:30-6:00 Outside/Gym, Main Room, Game Room, Lab, etc.

6:00 All kids in Main Room and Game Room until Pick up

7:00 Closed for the evening


Homework Club 

Picture
Monday through Friday a quiet time is offered for students to complete homework. Homework Club allows students to work independently on classroom assignments. This time is optional for students to make the decision on whether or not they have homework to complete. Homework Club is encouraged and special events such as a kid-planned homework parties are offered for students who consistently attend Homework Club.

The monthly snack calendar is posted on the BASC website - click HERE. Every effort is made to follow the calendar but substitutions may be necessary.

If your child has a food allergy or does not like the snacks we offer, please feel free to send a snack from home.
