WEEKLY OVERVIEWS

  • For all beach/swimming field trips, remember to pack a swimsuit, towel, and sunscreen!
  • All field trips will leave at 9:30 AM and return by 4:00 PM unless indicated
  • All field trips and activities are subject to change

Join us for aSpectacular Storybook Summer! Let’s kick-off camp with a party to celebrate the magic and wonder of some of our favorite stories.
​Bouncy houses will be on-site today - wear/bring socks! Permission is included in Summer Camp registration.

DR. SUESS
Celebrate the zanieness that is Dr. Seuss with a week of crazy and Seussical adventures. We will travel into “Oh The Places You’ll go” make our own Whovilles, go on a scavenger hunt that would make the Lorax proud, and read all the books in the process.

We’ll have a “Zippity doo dah” week of escapades strolling through 4 marvelous Disney stories. Longclaw will visit to share Native American traditions, songs and storytelling.

HARRY POTTER
Calling all young wizards! Ever wanted to experience the wonder of Hogwarts, Get ready to escape the land of Muggles and enter the world of Harry Potter! This "Week in the Wizarding World" will provide fun activities like House Sorting, Potions Classes, Quidditch, a trip to the Pacific Science Center and more.  Be on the lookout for your owl delivered acceptance letter soon…

There’s no place like Camp. Follow the Yellow Brick Road to the magical land of Oz where we’ll get whirled away in a tornado of fun. We’ll enjoy a magic show, free Dorothy from the castle and make pies from the talking apple trees.

  • Animal Encounters will bring a petting zoo to Challenger on 8/22. Animals will include familiar barnyard favorites and fascinating exotic animals.
