AUGUST 11: ZEN DAY
Yoga - Wipeout -  Zentangles - Smoothies - Spirit Day: Pajama Day

After an action packed summer so far, we plan on slowing it down a little with a relaxing zen day. We are bringing in a yogi to help us get our yoga on! We will learn about how yoga is a practice of learning to move our bodies and focusing on relaxing and breathing.  We’ll also be doing DIY smoothies where campers can create their own delicious fruity concoctions. Finally, we’ll continue to unwind with Zentangles and tea. Zentangles is a new craze that’s throwing it back to simpler days when all you were worried about was coloring inside the lines.
